North Sea explorer Valiant Petroleum has cut its equity in the UK Tybalt prospect in a farm-out deal with Agora Oil and Gas.

Valiant has farmed out so that Agora increases its equity to 40% leaving Valiant as well operator
with 60% in blocks 211/8c and 13c in the UK Northern North Sea.

Tybalt is currently being drilled with the Borgsten Dolphin semi-submersible and results are expected next month.
