New option for Navigator
Drillship West Navigator has been contracted by Shell for a further 18-month term through until mid-2014 for operations offshore Norway.
Norske Shell has opted to extend its current contract with the rig owned by North Atlantic Drilling until the end of June 2014 in an deal worth US $320 million, the rig contractor has said.
North Atlantic Drilling is owned 77% by Norway's Seadrill.
