Work tasks:
Be a team member of the structural discipline and area multidiscipline teams.
Perform structural design, main- and secondary steel.
Perform structural analyses by use of SESAM/GeniE and hand calculations.
Prepare input for 3D-modelling and drawing production.
Drawing engineering check.
Write structural design reports.
Interface towards other discipline and/or fabrication.

Education:
Master or other relevant education.

Work experience:
Experience from Norwegian offshore new build topside projects.
Experience with offshore plated (bulk heads) constructions.
Experience with structural analyses, hand calculations and structural report production.

Qualifications:
Structural design according to NORSOK.
Extended knowledge to structural design and analyses by use of SESAM/GeniE

Planned start date: ASAP
Planned end date: 01.10.12 (with possible extention)
