For oppdrag hos en av våre kunder i Stavanger søker vi Process engineer for snarlig tiltredelse.
Name of assignment: Process Engineer
The Process Engineer (PE) is a member of Norway Engineering Service, Process and HVR Team. The position reports to the Norway Engineering Service Process and HVR Team Leader.
The main purpose of this role is to verify and secure the integrity on topside systems on all Norway assets. The PE should assist the AST Process Engineer in optimizing the systems and ensure a safe and well running installation with HSE in focus.
Responsibilities: HSSE & Risk Management Support delivery on established HSSE and Integrity performance objectives Responsible for identifying, reporting and initiate initial mitigation of potential risks within his/her area of responsibility Responsible for support with planning and preparing activities in compliance with clients governing documentation (standards, guidelines and procedures) and external regulations relevant for HSSE and Integrity. Responsible for deviation reporting, securing that unsafe behaviors and conditions, incidents, observed positive behaviors, improvement suggestions and non-conformances are reported
Activity and Business planning Support the AST Process Engineer in providing input to the Field Depletion Plan and the Integrated Business Plan. Support input to the Integrated Field Plan and other plans for Process Engineering Services activities. Support for securing that the planning work process (including MoC process for planning), is being followed consistently.
Deliverables Responsible for setting objectives that are aimed at delivering the clients annual performance contract within his/her area of responsibility and for delivering on these objectives. Responsible for ensuring that work within his/her area of responsibility is effectively scoped, managed and executed in accordance with agreed plans to achieve the overall objectives of the clients assets. Support AST teams with Trouble shooting Follow-up and close out of incident Reports Process Optimalisation Ensure support to Integrity Management Prepare and Perform Hazops Close out of Hazop and audit actions. Support input to Cause & Effects Establish, maintain, update and ensure compliance to HP/LP interface PSV Philosophy Blowdown Philosopy SAT/SAFE Charts P&IDs and PFDs System philosophies like flare, drain, utilities etc CPSR and set points register. Update Performance Standards and perform Barrier Mapping Documentation Keep clients governing documents updated Keep master archive updated Give input to revision of clients procedures and SPU STPs Support Minor Modifications and Major Projects Initiate, comment and approve AFA when this is required Prepare, comment and approve BOD when appropriate Give project support Evaluate project at predefined gates Participate in AMG meetings Approve DFO Responsible for supporting the key work processes within Process department, Engineering Services Responsible for support of transferring experience and knowledge across the clients fields to secure delivery on long term objectives and annual performance contract. Secure Continuous Improvement within the clients Organisation Seek and adopt Best Practice from other entities inside and outside of client by actively search for better ways to improve performance
Qualifications Education/Experience: Minimum B.Sc. degree in Engineering. (Preferably Master of Science). Minimum 5 years of experience in E&P activities. Knowledge of /experience in BP common processes, with emphasis on OMS and CI. Good knowledge of Norwegian and international regulations

Assignment starts: April/May 2012 Assignment ends: 31.12.2013 with options for extension
