Beskrivelse
Start up: September 2012 or earlier Duration: 1 year with options for extension Place of work: Stavanger Responsibilities: Provide day to day HSE support to the Field Operations staff, onshore and offshore Monitor Field operation activities to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, and initiate corrective actions when required Initiate and facilitate HAZID`s and MoC`s Initiate and lead investigations Follow up outstanding actions and ensure these are closed Support to keep the field emergency procedures up-to date. Support and coordinate the Field Barrier mapping Close follow up trends and suggest actions to change negative trends Promote open communication and activities that achieves a motivated and enthusiastic workforce. Attack issues with the view to solve the basic causes in a systematic manner and drive for continuous improvements in all areas.
Formal skills requirements:
Minimum 7 years experience from operations or HSE areas Valid Offshore certificate required (incl. Medical) Personal skills: Interpersonal skills Good communicator, proactively seeking advise from others and share own experiences with group Good coach Active listener Convincing authority
