Project HSEQ Co-ordinator

Our main operations include the provision of offshore construction and support vessels, project management and engineering and survey, positioning and ROV operations primarily for the Norwegian, European, Russian and West African markets.

                                  Project HSEQ Co-ordinator


The role will be based in our Bergen Office with some requirement for travel and possible offshore visits.

Key tasks of the position:

• Ensure that HSE & Q plans and relevant HSEQ Management System and ER documentation is established, implemented and maintained in the project.
• Providing support and advice to all project and worksite personnel on matters     related to HSEQ.
• Participation in, Chairmanship and review of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments as required.
• Development and delivery of HSEQ training courses to both project onshore and offshore personnel as required.
• Promoting the effective use of existing HSEQ management tools and techniques on each worksite.
• Liaison with clients on project HSEQ matters.
• Provision of HSEQ deliverables for tender purposes.

The successful candidate should preferably have:

A recognised HSE qualification.

• At least 3 years experience in a related industry.
• Knowledge of offshore operations in the oil & gas Industry.
• Knowledge of Management systems i.e. HSE & Quality.
• Good communications/organisational/administration skills.
• An individual with the ability to influence personnel at all levels of an organisation    within HSEQ.
• The individual for this role will require, drive, enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility to be able to fill this dynamic role within our organisation.
