Weight Engineer

Responsibilities

·         Establish regular meetings with Contractor personnel related to weight control

·         Implement necessary routines for strict weight control during completion phase.

·         Review and propose improvements of Contractors weight control procedures, as well as the physical weighing activities.

·         Review discipline MTO activities and contingencies throughout the design phase

·         Initiate technical audits and/or examinations as found required

·         Review design changes and monitor implementation

·         Ensure compliance with NORSOK, IEC and other relevant codes and standards.

·         Attend engineering meetings and other meetings as required.

·         Participate in the resolution of interface conflicts

·         Contribute to a good working relationship with EPC Contractor.

Perform work according to Customer`s expectations and in accordance with Customer’s governing documents
