Responsibilities

Participate in selection of Structural Material
Co-ordination of all technical issues between Fabrication/Engineering and Procurement
Establish Technical Requisition for Structural Procurement Packages
Review of technical bid documents from Suppliers
Participate in selection of Suppliers/Manufacturers
Participate in meetings with Suppliers/Manufacturers
Verification and approval of Supplier Documents and drawings
Handling of Clarifications/Deviations/Non-conformances
Technical follow up of Suppliers/Manufacturers
Inspection of material prior to shipment
