Primary responsibilities:

Participate in or lead the continued development of the integrated planning efforts in Norway operations.
Implement, administer and facilitate the Integrated Planning system and work process in Norway Operations in the short, medium and long term horizon (operational to tactical and strategic planning)
Interface with all contributors and stakeholders to facilitate integration of plans from various departments, ensure work processes and governance model for the processes stays updated.
Develop reports, optimize functionality and work processes.

Required Qualifications

BSc/MSc in engineering or Siv. Ing. specialized in Industrial Economics, Project Management, HMS or similar.
Planning, IT and statistics competence and experience.
Strong on communication, teamwork and team facilitation skills with extroverted personality.
Fluent English and Norwegian, both written and oral.
Must be disciplined and results oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of business strategies and processes
Experience with Business Intelligence, Business Warehouse, Data Integration tools
