The Project System Completion Leader will assist the Project Commissioning Manager for the 2 following phases:

• During the whole Project Basic Engineering 
  Review and approve Basic Engineering deliverable documents
• During the EPSCC TOPSIDE Commissioning activities
  Ensure the link between TOPSIDE Commissioning Site Leader(s) and Field Operations organization, including Start-Up Team

Job description:

Phase 1 : During Basic Engineering

• Review and approve Basic Engineering deliverable documents, it will concern mainly: Start-Up sequence, Preliminary list of Sub-systems and associated Mar-ups, Preliminary list of OTP, Preliminary Split of work by location and by package
• Coordination with all AKER Basic Engineering subcontractors in their offices
• Participate to the Start-Up sequence elaboration in order to optimize the Sub-systems definition and transfer in liaison with affiliate Field Operations
• Participate to all COMPANY Commissioning internal documents issue such as: PC & Commissioning Philosophy and  Project Transfer specification
• Participate to the tender evaluation and prepare recommendations for the Commissioning part
• Centralise PTR 2 documentation related to Commissioning

Phase 2 : During TOPSIDE Commissioning Detail engineering, Preparation and Execution

• Participation on issuing internal COMPANY strategic documents dealing with Commissioning and Transfer to Operation, endorsement of Commissioning during the execution phase
• Comprehensive review and approval where applicable of all Pre-comm / Comm related documents and Data bases issued by Contractors (Execution procedures, ICAPS© Databases, check / test sheets, OTPs referring to MDR)
• Coordination of TOPSIDE Modules Commissioning from Contractor WORKSHOPS and WORKSITES to SITE HU / Installation and until Start-Up
• Manage the progressive transfer of the TOPSIDE and prepare the introduction of Hydrocarbons in close liaison with affiliate Field Operations Division
• Participate to strategy set-up in order to maximize commissioning activities at the WORKSHOPS and WORSITES in order to minimize commissioning duration at the SITE
• Propose  Team of multidiscipline engineers composition at each location for the duration of the project
• Optimize the Start-Up sequence and execution schedule in coordination with affiliate Field Operations Division, in order to ensure that RFC and RFSU of each Sub-system is timely reached as per the Start-Up sequence and without last-minute requirements
• Manage the supervision of critical Pre-commissioning activities and all Commissioning activities done by Contractors, including all the preservation and initial Operations activities
• To inform Field Operations Team about Commissioning concerns and progress, and to ensure proper attendance of Field Operations to all critical Pre-commissioning and/ or Commissioning activities (eg. FAT’s, lines flushing, final vessels closure, Operational Tests, leak tests etc)    
• Manage the execution of Commissioning activities to achieve maximum of productivity, minimizing cost and achieve smooth transfer with affiliate Operation Division
• Supervise the reporting of Commissioning execution and insure permanent update of the close out report from day one

Qualifications:

• Qualified Engineer with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a Commissioning role
• Strong knowledge in Commissioning methodology OPERCOM™ and tool ICAPS©
• Good knowledge of technical TEC referential
• Proven skills for co-ordination & interface management, communication and work organisation
• Fluency in English is mandatory
