Beskrivelse

For our customer are we looking for an experienced Variation Order - Contracts Coordinator.

Job Description:

Identification, Initiation, negotiation and administration of Variation Orders (VO's) versus clients in projects according to the company’s instructions, contractual requirements and governing guidelines.

Contract coordination within and between projects.

Identification and handling of contractual amendments.

General contractual advice and support to project management and operative contractual responsible engineers.

Responsible for monitoring and follow up of contractual and cost deviations in frame agreements.

Professional and precise approach toward the clients.

Mandatory Work Experience required:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience handling and administration of Variation Orders within Oil and Gas Sector.

Mandatory Qualifications required:

Must be independent

Business and result oriented

Analytical skills

Proactive and self motivating

Software / System / Certification:

SAP, ProArc and Lotus Notes are preferable

Language:

Norwegian and English are required

Duration: ASAP – 31.12.2013
