Job Purpose
To be the the Clients Construction Team`s coordinator for all QA/QC related issues and to be the link between Construction Team and other Goliat Project Team regarding Quality issues.
Main responsibilities
Monitor all phases of the Contractors manufacturing and testing operations to ensure that these activities are performed in accordance with the Goliat Project`s Qualitry Plan and other requirements as stated in the Contract
Key Activities
To be the construction team representative during the approval process of Contractor’s Construction ITP.
• Receive and distribute internally the inspection notifications from Contractor
• Coordinate reporting of NCR and other deviations to quality.
• Implementation of inspection routines and maintance of such routines internally in the Site Team.
• Reporting to Construction Lead for daily issues.
• Reporting statistical information to QA & Risk Advisor.
• Implement programs to improve quality."

Formal Education
Engineering degree
Professional Qualifications
Experience with Quality Coordination of large offshore projects. Knowledge in Norwegian legislation and NORSOK standards. Familiar with ISO 9001 requirements.

Management skills advanced course
Quality assurance course
Lead auditor course
Offshore survival course (mandatory if job requires offshore work)
Languages
Fluent English both verbal and in writing
Required Experience
10 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
10 years of large project construction following-up experience
