Prepare, discuss, analyze, evaluate and negotiate Drilling and Exploration contracts and services required for the general operation of the Exploration Office in Oslo.
1.- Ensure that all the applicable P&C procedures and norms are followed in each contractual process.
2.- Coordinate the reception of requirements from the different users.
3.- Define and implement the appropriate strategy based on the specific service.
4.- Prepare in collaboration with the user all the information required: Scope of Work, tender documents, evaluation matrix, draft contract, etc.
5.- Launch, register and handle all the tender process including clarification meetings and documents
6.- Perform commercial evaluation and negotiation with the different suppliers.
7.- Prepare and establish frame agreements for Long Lead Items and critical services.
8.- Coordinate and supervise with the user that the contract has been perform as per expectations. Ensure that an evaluation of the service is performed at the end of the contract.
9.- Coordinate the relationship with other stakeholders as: Local Authorities, Audit Groups, Repsol QA/QC, Repsol Suppliers Group, etc.
10.- Ensure that all procurement information its register in SGIA, and the appropriate work space.
11. Establish in coordination with each of the user areas the applicable key performance indicators for critical contracts.
12.- Lead and coordinate market Studies for logistic, materials and services to identify potential new suppliers and specific negotiation strategies.
13.- Support Exploration with information and analysis for non operated areas.
Expected Volume of activity: 40 to 45 contracts on tender basis and around 30 on direct negotiations.
Level of Experience required:
5-8 years experience in Purchase and Contracts in Norway.
E&P Experience, specially Drilling and Exploration.
Education and Training:
Bachelor in Economics / Administration /Management or Engineer degree.
Specific training on Supply Chain and Logistics
Knowledge of Norwegian Regulations
Understanding of Achilles Supplier System would be a plus.
Knowledge of SAP, MS Office package,
English and Norwegian speaker.
