- Be a leader and active influencer for Safety and Environmental responsibility by all suppliers and contractors performing work for Company during procured activity.
- Oversee client's performance of Procurement.
- Supervise Contracts and Procurement staff on-site.
- Be a strong member of the project management team, dealing with Contracts and Procurement issues and risks.
- Full contract administration, coordination and commercial review duty for fabrication contracts, subcontracts and materials supply.
- Assure oversight and quality assurance of EPC expediting program and QA/ITP focus on critical suppliers.
- Coordinate with the Portfolio Contracting Manager on issues or significant changes related to contracts.
- Be fully engaged in all supplier solicitations, negotiations and interfaces - as a dedicated supply chain manager co-located with the technical and the project services teams on site.
- Maintain effective functional ties to the base procurement and NCP portfolio procurement management teams.
- Coordinate review with Operations and BU Procurement for readiness for operations on the project.
