Responsibilities

Receive, control, store & distribute external and own produced documentation.
Follow-up workflows in document management system.

Required expertise

Knowledge of: -Dependencies between engineering, procurement, planning, cost, fabrication, installation and completion.
Knowledge of: - Procurement key deliverable including support documentation. - System Engineering key deliverable. - Engineering Register key deliverable. - 3D model / Layout key deliverable. - Safety Risk Assessment key deliverable. - Construction Method & Marine Operations key deliverable. - General Control Object Status. - Relationship; Milestone - QL -Status. - Document Milestone Chains.
