Contract Administrator (S 11023)

The contract administrator will assist Contract Leads in all relevant procurement task related to Contract Administration of the EPC and FEED contract.


Tasks/responsibilities:

Assist Contract Lead with all relevant activities related to procurement, i.e:

• Contract establishment by using our contract system Contiki

• Issue any Purchase Orders in SAP and follow-up VOR handling

• Update VOR register and Estimate in PIMS

• Issue VO via PIMS

• Update VO/VOR/Estimate register

• Update commitment in SAP

• Verify Invoices

• Ensure clear focus on HSE internally and towards the market, and keeping high ethical standards in the procurement process.

• Ensure transfer of relevant experience and use of Company professional experience within procurement and technical disciplines.



Competence requirements:

University degree. Relevant extensive experience may compensate for lack of formal education.

Minimum 5-10 years experience from project procurement and/or project development/execution.

• Able to handle ad-hoc tasks

• Excellent communication and relationship skills

• Business understanding and value chain perspective

• Structured, systematic and target driven with well defined goals

• Multi discipline understanding

• High integrity

• High focus on HSE, ethics and Statoil values
