Mechanical Lead Engineer
Job description: - Ensure awareness and compliance with HSE rules and regulations
- Be responsible for all work related to mechanical engineering
- Supervising and quality control of mechanical engineering activities
- Coordinate the mechanical engineering group
- Ensure mechanical equipment is designed in accordance with current
- regulations/specifications
- Control and validate scope of work for the mechanical discipline
- Interface with other disciplines
- Participate in technical decisions
- Ensure that Archer values are applied and respected within the mechanical discipline
Qualifications: - Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering
- More than 5 years experience within the Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledge of offshore regulation and standards
- Valid health certificate
- Fluent Norwegian and English written and oral skills
- Offshore experience, petroleum or maritime related work is an advantage
- Good communication and cooperation skills
